from “entrepreneur” and “learner,” encapsulates a new breed of professionals who blend
visionary thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to forge meaningful
connections.
The Entreprelearner mindset is not just about leading; it is about continually learning, adapting,
and inspiring others.
Syllabus
About the workshop
This module explores the three core components of an Entreprelearner—clear
purpose/vision, superior communication abilities, and strong connection-building skills—through
compelling stories and practical insights.
The participants will leave with a renewed understanding of what it means to thrive in today’s
dynamic business environment.
Over the course of the 3 days with the group the students work on the developing
Day 1 – Fulfilment: It is all about you
● Participants will delve into self-reflection and self-discovery, enabling them to design a
personalized growth roadmap. This day is dedicated to understanding personal
superpowers, defining purpose, identifying their top boost-skills they need to work on
and aligning actions with core beliefs to achieve fulfillment.
Day 2 – Impact: It is all about you and others
● This day focuses on how participants can effectively communicate and make an impact
within their teams and organizations. Attendees will explore the power of their words and
actions, learning how to convey messages that inspire and drive change.

Day 3 – Influence/Inspire: It is all about the others
● The final day centers on the power of influence and the role of empathy in
Entreprelearnership. Participants will learn how to inspire others, give feedback that
motivates, and build genuine connections. This day also emphasizes the importance of
empathy in understanding and leading others effectively.
