Javier is a registered architect and building engineer working as research associate & PhD candidate at the Digital Design and Fabrication Professorship at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Co-founder and principal of Archiologics, a Spanish-based company focused in prefabricated construction & tailor-made software solutions for the AEC industry. Javier’s professional practice focuses on computational design, digital fabrication, robotics, BIM and software development focused on construction and architectural challenges. His academic work explores programming, digital design & manufacturing techniques in combination with natural materials to produce low-carbon emission construction components. Javier is an Autodesk Certified Instructor implementing BIM technology across the AEC industry.
