Mark is a transport planner with an urban design background. He is educated in the Scandinavian architectural tradition and works as a project leader on international projects that lie at the intersection of masterplanning and transport planning. He works with mobility across all city scales and transport modes but has expertise with active travel. Mark previously worked as an advisor for the global investment bank, Merrill Lynch. His versatility, international perspective, and strength as a communicator enable him to work across disciplines with the stakeholders of urban development on projects around the world.
Mark works spatially and graphically to communicate how transport infrastructure can be improved at both the scale of the street and the network. He is passionate about the potential to improve people’s mobility experience and quality of life by designing greener, healthier, safer, and more attractive streets.
