Mohammad Mahdi Mohammadi is a PhD candidate at Poznan University of Technology, focusing on the cooling effect of natural ventilation and energy efficiency in future climate scenarios. He is currently conducting research at Empa, working on developing the Digital Twin and energy optimization at the Empa Dubendorf campus. With a solid architecture and building science background, Mohammad combines technical expertise and creative design skills to address challenges in sustainable and energy-efficient built environments. His research interests include climate-adaptive architecture, natural ventilation, building energy simulation, and integrating passive strategies into architecture to reduce energy use while enhancing the quality of life and comfort.
