Nupur Sircar is a designer and researcher working at the intersection of spatial design, urban data, and technology. An alumna of the Master in City and Technology at IAAC, her thesis explored women’s perception of safety in public space through interactive mapping and data visualization. Trained as an architect in India, she has worked with studios including HCPDPM in Ahmedabad and Dulal Mukherjee and Associates in Kolkata, gaining experience from strategic and landscape planning to detailed execution.
Alongside professional practice, she has developed strong expertise in computational and data-driven workflows, employing them to bridge precision, storytelling, and strategy in design. Her work spans architecture, urban analysis, and research, with a growing focus on gender-inclusive design, resilience, and participatory approaches to more equitable urban futures.
