Víctor Engelhard Suárez is a computational designer from Munich whose interdisciplinary work lies between architecture and artificial intelligence. With a Master’s degree in Advanced Architecture from the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (IAAC), he explored the application of generative AI in architectural design processes during his thesis.
As a computational designer at External Reference, his practice focused on parametric design and digital fabrication as part of the design team. Later on, he successfully implemented new AI tools into the existing workflows of the company as part of the R&D department.
Currently, he is a faculty assistant at IAAC and founded his design studio Vensu.
