Vlad Afanasiev is a designer and researcher from Ukraine who works across a broad range of spatial and visual practices. He serves as a strategic designer in Dark Matter Labs where his work focuses on urban and environmental governance, the use of forecasting technics, predictive simulation and modelling. Besides that, he was a part of The Terraforming interdisciplinary research program and has worked on large-scale strategic projects across Ukraine.
