The methodology incorporates machine learning, mapping, and regression analysis to identify coefficients representing the influence of various factors such as urban landscapes and demographics. By building scalable applications for stakeholders including investors, planners, and municipalities, the platform aims to enhance decision-making processes and improve alignment with urban and market dynamics.
