How it works

Step 01
First you’re presented with a description and step-by-step panel that guides you through the process. Once you’re ready to dive in, simply collapse this tab to take full advantage of the geometry canvas. This declutters the workspace, allowing you to focus entirely on the design, change your geometry view, and choose your ideal display style.
Step 02
Let’s make our first moves. As I adjust the building’s main parameters on the left — like widening the overall footprint or increasing the typical floor count — you can see the live-linked system in action. on the dashboard on the right. The total unit count and the crucial building facade cost are being instantly recalculated with every shift in geometry.
Step 03
Let’s swap the design language. when switching from a double to a single panel balcony typology, Notice in the Facade Cost Breakdown, the pie chart shift its proportions, revealing the new ratios and cost drivers for this option.
Step 04
Moving to the most powerful connection. As I increase the balcony depth slider, watch the Efficiency Ratio slider react. It’s warning us that we have now crossed the 0.70 threshold and have entered into “Luxury” territory.
This link works both ways. watch as I lower the glass opening size slider. As the glass area shrinks, our design moves out of the luxury zone and moves down to Standard residential territory, dipping below the target 0.60 threshold.
