ABSTRACT

Wine is deeply rooted in Mediterranean culture, and in recent times, the traditional processes of harvesting grapes and the subsequent production of wine has been tainted by urban growth and modern mechanization. The primary objective of our project is to start a discourse on a possible solution through which we can revive this piece of intangible heritage in such a way that it not only gets back to the people, but it also contributes in improving the overall ecosystem through metabolic processes applied in the context of architectural design.
