. Structure and organize programs into a coherent, high-performance system
. Distribute residential, commercial, and public functions logically across the building
. Align spatial layout with user needs, circulation, and environmental performance
. Treat programs as interconnected “cells” within an integrated system
. Coordinate with the data and facade team to translate outputs into spatial decisions, ensuring a coherent end-to-end workflow

//PROGRAM UTILIZATION
We conducted an occupancy study to understand how the use of different programs shifts throughout the day, comparing morning, afternoon, and evening patterns. This analysis highlights peak activity periods across residential, commercial, educational, and public functions, revealing how spaces are activated over time. These insights help inform more efficient program distribution and support better spatial and operational performance within the building.

This workflow translates program data into spatial geometry through a parametric pipeline. Inputs such as program location, occupancy, floor area, and tower assignment are processed in Grasshopper and pushed into Revit as families. This enables automated generation of building elements while maintaining consistency between data and design, allowing quick iterations and a coherent, data-driven workflow.
