This project explores the impact of drought on urban water stress in Barcelona, where declining reservoir levels pose critical challenges. By visualizing key indicators—such as consumption per population, per land use and income—we aim to identify the main stress factors. Understanding these dynamics will help inform strategies to mitigate the long-term effects of drought and … Read more

1.0 Concept In the evolving landscape of urban development, property rates are influenced by numerous factors, including geographical, socio-economic, and infrastructural elements. Our project, “Urban Insights: Leveraging Open Data for Smart Property Rate Predictions,” aims to create an intelligent, data-driven model to forecast property rates. This model utilizes features such as wards, property types, and … Read more
This studio explores the possibility of using AR in architecture with Unity. Living parts is a thesis focusing on the use of Biomaterials in Architectural Elements to sequester environmental carbon dioxide. Unity is used here to map the data from the CO2 sensor to Unity and see the data collected with the help of a … Read more
Wind Wave is a secondary facade system engineered in response to the escalating environmental demands faced by our planet. Climate change is resulting in an increase in heat waves, with some reaching lethal intensities. As global temperatures rise, reliance on air conditioning systems has surged. However, these systems exacerbate external environmental heating by expelling hot … Read more
The whole AEC industry is challenged by the high CO2 footprint caused by the increasing population and construction. Introducing regulations to the construction industry is a solution to reduce CO2 footprint. The workflow behind Leed mini consultant goes as follows: starting with gathering the regulation in a dataset and setting it up, training a rag … Read more
Project goal For our graph Machine Learning project we chose to work with the city of Copenhagen. Our goal was to predict the Road Noise in the city. Dataset and data preparation From the KOBENHAVNS OPEN DATASET, we obtained a dataset detailing road noise levels across Copenhagen. To fill in the gaps where data was … Read more
The intent of this project is to design and optimize a greenhouse located in an area with a pressing need for sustainable agriculture and challenging climatic conditions. The building aims to enhance local food security, improve agricultural productivity, and provide a controlled environment for growing diverse plant species year-round.
